All of our dishes are exclusively homemade, like our breads, which can be tasted fresh from the oven, topped with delicious local cold cut and cheeses. We also suggest you to try the farm’s own wholesome vegetable production, like: panbrioche with sage, tortelloni stuffed with borage, batter fried sage flowers and leaves, fillet kebab with rosemary, balm ricecake...
