Il grillo parlante

We offer dishes that come from our animal and vegetable production, but expertly reworked to combine tradition with a more modern gastronomy that can satisfy what the guest requires us: genuineness, lightness and taste. It is certainly difficult to reconcile agricultural work with hospitality: the times are completely different, the alarm clock rings early in the morning for agricultural matters, but we are ready for this challenge and we will never lose the values that have handed down to us those who came before us, because harmony and the feeling good together in peace with oneself leads to unexpected results until a short time before. We therefore wish to share what we offer with those who will have the goodness to appreciate it and to visit us.
