Our restaurant/agritourism is located inside the protected area of the regional park “dei Gessi Bolognesi e dei Calanchi dell’Abbadessa”. For more than thirty years we have been cooking vegetarian and vegan food. We use our own products as far as possible: flour, bread, spelt, vegetables, processed, liqueurs! Other raw materials come from local producers and from fair trade. For all our preparations we follow the seasonality and the times of the garden: you will taste the herbs in spring, the tomatoes in summer, the pumpkin in autumn and the cabbages in winter. The chefs make a wise use of cultivated and spontaneous aromatic herbs: our recipes tend towards the rediscovery of traditional and peasant flavors and enrich themselves with a continuous research in vegetarian cuisine. We support biodiversity: we believe in maintaining specificity and diversity even in the kitchen and we are open to exchange with other gastronomic proposals. The restaurant has an outdoor playground, next to the animal farm and, another one indoor. We are open every weekend and every holiday, offering à la carte menu and themed fixed-price menu.
