Bologna
Frisson is a wine bar where you can taste French wines and champagne. It's born in the heart of Bologna in front of the historic 'Collegio di Spagna', and now it was also opened another one in the centre of the town, in Volturno street. A pleasant place borned from the idea of a professional woman, so passionate about French wines that, in her spare time, she runs to the discovery of small wine producers in Bordeaux, Médoc and champagne. A well-groomed selection of champagne and white, rosé and red wines, all obtained by the careful of the artisan production by different wineries. Frisson in Via Urbana is open every day (except Sunday) from 6.30 pm, for speaking and drinking a glass of champagne with friends or helping you to choose the right bottle for your dinner.
