We use high quality raw material for the preparation of our dishes. Our recipes are, always, carefully prepared following the season. Pasta is homemade and is in Rome style, like: tonnarelli, mezze maniche, bucatini, tagliolini, maccheroncini. Stuffed pasta are homemeda too. Some dishes follow old style recipes and take a lot of hours to be prepared. Our dessert will capture you. Bread is of own production: bread with guanciale (lard from the pig’s cheeks), bread with olives and nuts. All this to taste with the best of our national and Lazio's wines.
