The AUREVO Pool Restaurant, immersed in the nature of the Palazzo di Varignana Resort, nestled in glass walls and reaching out towards the swimming pool, is a unique solution for a relaxing lunch or a dinner by the pool which will allow you to admire an enchanting landscape.

Aurevo is a tribute to our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the Green Gold of these lands, the precious fruit of the olive groves that today draw the profile of the resort and which has become the soul of our cuisine: a direct, contemporary and sustainable cuisine, a meeting point between the Emilia Romagna and the Italian excellences, the result of the work of a team of young and creative chefs who were able to give new life to tradition.
