In May 2015, in Bologna, in via P. Gobetti n.49 / F, Bolognina area, near the Navile Towers, the first exclusively Gluten-free restaurant pizzeria in Bologna and its province, the Trattoria Vecchio Mercato, opens in Bologna. The goal of the restaurant, now reached, was ambitious, to cook gluten-free dishes with the same quality, flavor and appearance as those with gluten. The restaurant has only one kitchen and is exclusively gluten-free. To guarantee its absence, the food offered to its demanding and loyal clientele is produced in-house starting from certified raw materials. A good variety of wines, a wide choice of gluten-free beers, a comfortable environment, professional service complete the offer of the restaurant. In addition, the restaurant's laboratory, where bread, pasta and desserts are already produced, also organizes catering at home, for any event, where gluten-free food and drinks are needed. We are open every day, for lunch and dinner.
