Through the website cesarine.it you can book 5 different home cooking courses: ‘Tour of the market, cooking class and lunch in the centre of Bologna’, ‘Tour of the market and aperitif in the centre of Bologna’, the very classic ‘Traditional cooking class in the centre of Bologna’ and two new additions to the area: ‘Family lunch or dinner in a Bolognese village’ and ‘Traditional cooking class in a Bolognese village’, which take place in beautiful residences located in the most picturesque villages around Bologna. Choose the class that suits you best: your personal workstation will be complete with all the necessary equipment and ingredients, and at the end of the lesson you will be able to taste the fruit of your efforts while sipping a good glass of local wine. Lessons can be booked for a minimum of 2 participants and if the course schedule does not match your needs, you can request an extra date using the form provided. The official Cesarine apron is complimentary for all students, from experienced to novice cooks!
