Bologna
Deepen your knowledge of local cuisine and fresh pasta with a morning cooking class. Try your hand at making homemade pasta, or preparing the famous Bolognese sauce, learning all of grandmother’s tricks and secrets. Classes start with a minimum of 2 persons to a maximum of 8. We can also evaluate larger groups. Guided tours of local markets, ancient shops or Bologna’s historic center are available after class on request. Courses and tours are available in English. The objective is to promote awareness and dissemination of local tradition and the ancient treasures of culinary craftsmanship in Italy and abroad.
