Villa Poggio di Vento

Villa “Poggio di Vento” is surrounded by a 1.5-hectare private wood, part of the ecosystem of naturalistic interest of the Riserva del Contrafforte Pliocenico, on the famous Via degli Dei that connects, through paths and ancient roads, Bologna and Florence.

The villa dominates the Savena Valley from above: a landscape of rolling hills and fields, dotted with rare homes and farms. A privileged location and panorama, if we consider that we are only 25 minutes by car from the city of Bologna. An oasis of silence, located on a hill at 450 meters above sea level, from which you can see the nearby village of Brento and Monte Adone. Very bright house with large windows, both on the ground floor and on the first floor, from which you can only see the green woodland. An ideal place to relax, at the end of naturalistic and cultural routes in the rich territory of the Emilia-Romagna region and even beyond, towards nearby Tuscany. A car is necessary to reach the house and to move easily towards the center of Bologna and other locations.

On the ground floor there is a large and modern kitchen well equipped with appliances and dishwasher, connected, in sight, to the living room, a very bright open space with dining room, living room, TV area, relaxation area with wood-burning fireplace for the winter months. The villa is equipped with independent methane heating system, wi-fi connection, laundry room, with washing machine and dryer.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: a king size double bedroom, a double bedroom with balcony and "twin" beds convertible into a double bed on request, a single bedroom / study with large window overlooking the woods. On request, for large families, an additional bed is available, to be placed in one of the two larger bedrooms.

The villa has 2 bathrooms, one on the first floor, with tub and shower, and the second on the ground floor with large shower head. The exterior of the villa, completely accessible to guests, allows easy parking of cars, the use of a porch equipped with table and chairs, shaded rest areas, both in the porphyry courtyard and in the woods surrounding the house. The entire outdoor area is illuminated for pleasant and safe use even in the evening hours.
