Bologna
Leaned against the imposing façade of the Palazzo d’Accursio (Town Hall), the fountain was designed by the architect Tommaso Laureti from Palermo, the same architect of the Fontana di Nettuno - Fountain of Neptune (sixteenth century) built by the Flemish sculptor Giambologna.
