The name Laganà is connected to pastry tradition back in the 1930s. Is in those years that the Sicilian Michele Laganà, well-known pastry chef, was called to Bologna by the best pastry shops. Michele starts his own business in Santo Stefano Street in 1955. Today Michele and his son Luigi with the help their families, continue the tradition combining Sicilian specialties with the art of bolognese pastry.
