Bologna
The Corpus Domini Parish was erected in 1975 by the Cardinal Poma. It is situated in the south east part of Bologna (Fossolo 2) and it has now completed its definitive church, designed by the architect Umberto Spagnoli. Following two years of construction work, the church was first used for the cult on the Christmas Eve of 2009. For more than 30 years the Parish had a temporary building serving as church, but finally Mons. Aldo Calanchi and the community managed to build a new church beautiful to look upon and easily recognizable as place of worship.
