The first museum of plastic reproductions of pictorial works of art, old and modern, is made up of the collection of technical surveys that express the space-time values present in the artistic image. It signs a decisive stage in the evolution of the education to the images for blind or partially-sighted person, and it starts the spreading of the method in the museum-didactic routes. Each museum section, besides famous reproductions of works of art, will preserve plastic relieves identifiable with educational aids propaedeutic to the comprehension of the stylistic categories that indicate the methods of representation expressed in the different epochs and in the periods of stylistic transition. This first tactile picture gallery for blind or partially-sighted person was ideated as a place of collection of plastic painting and sculpture functional for the comprehension of the visual image. Moreover it is aimed to the explanation of the art history, through the comparison between the works, their context and their origins.
