Bologna

Ingredients (6 servings)
- 300 g Mortadella from Bologna IGP
- 100 g ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 1 tablespoon spoon of heavy cream
Preparation
Finely mince the mortadella. Add ricotta and parmesan and heavy cream. Blend until smooth and serve on toast.
