Dell'Ortica project grew from our desire to preserve the territory and make it known, promoting the contact with nature and with the peculiarity of this small slice of the world, being a Learning Farm is the best way to do it. Often those who live far from nature are no longer able to live in it. Our mission is to bring people closer to seasonal cycles, healthy food and respect for the environment through “tailor made” paths. We grow our plants following the principles of organic agriculture, without using any chemical products, we are also developing a project that refers to the criteria of biodynamic agriculture. Our main products are: nettle for food use, berry fruits such as currants and raspberries. Together with aromatic herbs such as sage and rosemary and medicinal plants such as lavender or echinacea. Our plants frame the paths we created for the educational farm. We will be happy to walk with you chatting about the properties of our plants, spontaneous and not, how some of them can be used and much more.
