Cancellation policy:
Cancellation with refund or amendment of the reservation possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the activity.

Notes:

• If you are planning to drive to Parma from another city, please consider that the meeting point is located just outside the Parcheggio Toschi, where you can leave your car.If you are planning to arrive in Parma by train, please take the main exit from the station to Viale Paolo Borsellino, from there it will take around 10-12 minutes of walk to get to the meeting point. If you arrive from Bologna, we strongly recommend to take the Regional train departing at 7:33am, arriving in Parma at 8:31am.
• We strongly recommend arriving at the meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. Due to the tour schedule, the bus cannot leave later than 9:30 am. Should you be running late, please contact us immediately and we will tell you how to join the group independently at the first stop.
• Please notify any food intolerances in advance
• The tour is NOT accessible to people in wheelchair.
• The tour starts with a minimum number of two participants
