This family-run restaurant has two dining rooms. The menu consists of First courses: Homemade pasta, like gramigna “al torchio” with sausage sauce,tagliatelle with ragu’ bolognese, “tortellini alla bolognese” served in broth,tortelloni stuffed with ricotta and spinach served with butter and sage. Second courses: veal cutlet “alla bolognese” with black truffles, polenta topped with porcini and chanterelle mushrooms, young beef cheeks cooked in tomato broth served with polenta, oven roasted veal. Homemade desserts: zuppa inglese, ricotta fritters, fried cream. Every Thursday crescentine with sliced cured meats and squacquerone cheese.
