A trattoria since 1834, this inn used to be a rest station for traveling merchants, cart drivers and mail coaches. Located in an historically interesting building shaped like a "Bitta" (wedge in the Bolognese dialect), inspiring the restaurant’s name, Bitone, it was remodeled 25 years ago by the current owner who wanted a classic establishment in the outskirts of town.
