Cafè de la Paix managed by Coopertativa Iusta Res, is the first fairtrade cafè opened in Bologna which is also involved in social activities: it tries to help the first job engagement of socially and culturally disadvantaged people. All products, used in the kitchen or sold on the shelves are organics, Km0 or fairtrade. Cafè de la Paix is open from 8AM to 9PM, from breakfast to aperitif, with a very interesting menu for lunch. Cous cous, salads, sandwiches, pizza or arancini are only some examples. Cafè de la Paix is also the right place to spend some quit time, between meals, drinking tea, infusions, hot chocolate or refreshments. Other services: free wi-fi and book crossing.
