Travel through the Italian cooking tradition, in a professional kitchen fully equipped, make your favorite dishes with Barbara and Valeria at “Il salotto di Penelope”. All the classes are hands-on, half a day “trip” into the Bolognese best gastronomic history with lunch or dinner. A day or more into the regional Italian cuisine. In a picturesque court of old buildings, our kitchen is the perfect location for classes and events. The classes are planned every day and by topic. All students can really improve their knowledge with classes that last 3 hours, where they are provided with the recipe text (with ingredients and preparation) in English. We finish all our lessons eating what prepared with some good wine.
