The structure has been recently renovated with particular attention to the technological conveniences, it features 7 bedrooms (with private bathroom) with the possibility of 15 beds. Varied Breakfast, depending on the taste of guests, is served in a cosy living room with TV and WI - FI. The exterior is very nice: during summer a large gazebo can accommodate a hundred people for parties, concerts, small conferences and meetings of any kind without problems of public nuisance. The garden is very large, open meadows that can be used for different occasions (play-ground, table tennis and table football). Tenuta Ca' Selvatica is a wildlife-breeding farm: walking around the property it’s easy to see pheasants and hares. A selected herd of cows produces milk for Parmesan cheese and for guests willing to taste it.
