The property has been completely renovated with quality materials, luxury finishes and all the trappings of the smart home. A very modern domotics allows to regulate both the air conditioning and the entrances to the rooms. The access door works through an automated code opening / closing system. The access codes will be issued via e-mail or text message when the booking is confirmed. It is thus possible to have access in all time slots while preserving your privacy. TEMPOBIANCOSUITES is in the Saffi area, a strategic and ideal position for those traveling, both for pleasure and for work, easily accessible by car or public transport. Located at the entrance of the historic medieval gate of S. Felice a few steps from Piazza Maggiore, San Luca and the Ospedale Maggiore. Just outside the ZTL you can easily park in the area or use (for a fee) the garage at 50 meters from our entrance. It is possible to rent the individual Suites with the room & breakfast services or the whole apartment including the exclusive use of the living area. Access regulation takes place through a code-based door that makes entry into the building simple and also guarantees an excellent level of privacy. The three suites are customized both in the architectural division and in the furnishings. The surfaces range from a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 30 square meters. All have in common the parquet floor that makes the rooms warm and welcoming.
