In a new and modern context. Near the centre, the station and the airport shuttle, convenient for the fairgrounds. The flat is on the 3rd floor with lift. In the house there are me and my partner, as well as Arturo our dachshund.

The space

Guest area: Room with single bed, possibility of extra bed (for stay of a few days, 20 euros per day). East-facing with a wide view, parquet and floor heating, Wi-fi and air conditioning. The guest area is separated from the rest of the house by a hallway. In the guest area, there is a small fridge.

Bathroom: windowed with toilet, bidet, washbasin and bathtub.

Linen is included. In your room you will find a coffee machine with pods, kettle and welcome snacks. Use of kitchen not included.

Access for guests

The B&B is easy to reach if you arrive by train or by plane, because it is close to the AV station (Carracci side) and to the Marconi Express stop that connects the Marconi airport, in only 7 minutes. If you arrive by car you can find free parking nearby or many paid car parks. If you do not want to use your car during your stay, you can also find car sharing in the area. There are also charging stations for electric cars.

If you want to move with public transport, nearby, you will find many bus stops with which you can reach the main points of interest in the city, the historic centre, Fiera, Ospedale Maggiore, Rizzoli, Sant'Orsola.
