B&B Matinvito

Our family completely renovated their home at the end of 2021 and in March 2022 used a part as a B&B. The guest who arrives is welcomed with courtesy and availability, finds complete autonomy and respect for privacy guaranteed by a location for exclusive use.

The structure has an independent entrance equipped with a security door, on the first floor in a very bright environment there is a double room (double) that can accommodate up to 3 guests and a single room that can accommodate up to 2 guests , a bathroom with large window for exclusive use and on the ground floor a living room with kitchen for breakfast, a brand new smart TV in the apartment. We are located in one of the most beautiful districts of Bologna, near the arch of Meloncello, from which you can also walk to the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca, a few minutes walk from the R. Dall'Ara football stadium, in 10 minutes walk from the Maggiore Hospital and a stone's throw (about 15 minutes on foot) from the historic city center. The area, quiet and surrounded by greenery, is well served by public transport which allows you to easily and quickly reach both the center and the railway station.

In the area there are numerous shops, some specialized in organic food, a Coop shopping center, a Carrefour Express mini supermarket, takeaway pizzerias, restaurants and many other shops and dry cleaners (400 mt.) An ideal place to stay for leisure, study and work reasons in comfortable rooms equipped with all the facilities to spend your stay in complete relaxation. The rooms are equipped with bathroom for exclusive use with a large shower (80x120 cm.), Hairdryer, wi-fi connection in all rooms, heating and air conditioning. The B&B Matinvito also offers the possibility of free internal parking for both motorcycles and bicycles, there is paid parking on the street at a cost of 7.50 euros per day. Possibility to park the car for free in front of the driveway of the B&B. Possibility of free use of the washing machine and iron and ironing board, for guests who will stay for a period of more than five days. Upon request (for a fee) it is possible to have the drying service by dryer.

The breakfast, included in the price, is available in a large room equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, kettle, always available to guests, for a tea or coffee break to enjoy at any time of the day. day. The property offers its guests a part of the private garden, equipped with umbrellas, tables, chairs, armchairs where you can enjoy breakfast in the summer or spend relaxing moments during your stay. For every need, we will be present in the accommodation during your stay. Sheets and towels are present, the rooms are cleaned daily and linen is changed every 3 days. The kitchen is available to guests. Availability up to 3 adults + n. 2 children under the age of 12.
