The experiences are:
- Discovering ancient grains and their products at Ponte Pasqualino
Ponte Pasqualino is a family-run business in the countryside of Decima, a hamlet near San Giovanni in Persiceto: the flours of the ancient grains are derived from crops grown in their own fields and are all stone milled, an ancient technique that allows the grain's most precious virtues to be retained, resulting in a nutritionally richer product with a more intense aroma and flavour and greater digestibility.
- Visit to Cantina Venti Venti
Wine cellar guided tour and insight into the winery's young history, philosophy and winemaking method, followed by a tasting of 3 selected glasses.
Local delicacies will complement the experience: Mortadella Favola Gran Riserva sliced on the spot with a Berkel slicer, breadsticks and artisanal focaccia, enhanced by unique local flavours.
